Innodata Inc is hiring a Video Editor (Production Focus) on a contract basis to create short-form, high-impact videos that elevate our brand and generate demand. You will transform product narratives, executive interviews, and expert insights into compelling digital content optimized for platforms like YouTube and TikTok.
What You'll Do
- Produce 30–90 second product videos explaining our AI, data engineering, and agentic evaluation capabilities.
- Convert technical content into visually engaging, business-relevant narratives.
- Create video variations optimized for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Edit interviews with internal leaders and external subject matter experts.
- Extract compelling sound bites and micro-content.
- Add motion graphics, subtitles, charts, and branded visual elements.
- Help launch and scale our YouTube and TikTok channels.
- Develop repeatable visual formats and series concepts.
- Optimize titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and posting cadence.
- Collaborate with demand generation to align video content with campaigns.
- Produce gated and ungated video assets to support landing pages.
- Track engagement metrics and recommend optimization strategies.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of professional video editing experience.
- Proven experience creating short-form social video content.
- Strong motion graphics and captioning skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, or equivalent.
- Experience building or growing YouTube and/or TikTok channels.
- Ability to translate technical B2B concepts into clear visual storytelling.
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology.
- Familiarity with performance marketing and demand generation.
- Basic understanding of SEO and platform algorithms.

Benefits & Compensation
- Contract rate: $90 - $100 per hour
