Trane Technologies is hiring a Clinical Nurse to coordinate and deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care across the continuum in Diagnostic Imaging. This role works as part of an inter-professional team, advocates for patients and families, and supports staff development to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Deliver quality, cost-effective patient care using available resources responsibly.

- Build collaborative relationships across the unit and department.
- Deliver evidence-based care aligned with the Texas Nurse Practice Act and MD Anderson standards.
- Provide systematic, outcome-driven care with measurable improvements.
- Maintain ethical practice, compassion, and clinical competence.
- Engage in lifelong learning and professional development.
- Contribute to the assessment and analysis of clinical and quality metrics.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support department and institutional goals.
What We're Looking For
- Graduation from an accredited school of professional nursing.
- 1 year relevant clinical nursing experience.
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure State of Texas Professional Nursing license (RN). Upon Hire
- BLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Upon Hire
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing.
- OCN - Oncology Nurse Certification Certification in Oncology or specialty practice area. Upon Hire
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification as required by patient care area. Upon Hire
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support Certification as required by patient care area. Upon Hire

- Compensation: Per Diem Rate $52 hourly / $51,376 base hourly (non-negotiable)
