Sprinter Health is hiring a Clinical Manager to lead and develop our field clinical team for the Mid-Atlantic region and future markets. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while managing daily operations and driving efficiency.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the daily operations of the clinical field team to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain high clinical standards.
- Monitor patient care quality and adherence to clinical guidelines.
- Recruit, train, manage, and conduct performance evaluations for the clinical Sprinter team.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including OSHA, HIPAA, and Joint Commission standards.
- Monitor incident reports and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives for patient safety and service delivery.
- Control expenses and allocate resources effectively.
- Optimize clinical workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Address patient concerns and ensure a patient-centered approach to care.
- Respond to abnormal labs, tests, and vitals by assessing and triaging patients for proper follow-up care.
- Implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Work closely with the Clinical Manager team and cross-functional partners to support field Sprinters and align team goals.
- Attend management meetings and provide operational updates for your market.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Direct report management experience.
- Proficiency with modern technology.
- Ability to do extensive travel of up to 50%.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a healthcare startup or with virtual management.
