Big Health is hiring a Clinical Implementation Lead to drive the successful deployment of our digital therapeutic solutions. You will be responsible for guiding healthcare partners through the implementation process to ensure optimal adoption and clinical outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of clinical solutions with healthcare system partners
- Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and success metrics
- Collaborate with clinical, product, and customer success teams to align on goals
- Train and support clinical staff and administrators on platform usage
- Monitor adoption metrics and develop strategies to improve engagement
- Identify and mitigate risks to project success
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading clinical or healthcare software implementations
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and regulatory environments
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to communicate complex clinical concepts clearly to diverse audiences
- Experience with change management and driving adoption of new technologies
