Fresenius Medical Care North America is hiring a Clinical Executive, PD to join our team in Malaysia. Reporting to the Business Manager of the PD Business Unit, you will ensure excellence in clinical service delivery, build confidence with patients and customers, and provide comprehensive account support. This role requires extensive travel and close partnership with internal teams for training and project management.
What You'll Do
- Support the Business Manager and meet territorial requirements to ensure service excellence in all account areas, including hospitals and PD units.
- Provide ongoing, close support to all accounts within your assigned territory.
- Promote and sell medical equipment and consumables to government, private, and NGO sectors, developing long-term business relationships.
- Initiate, coordinate, and execute patient funding applications.
- Attend periodic business reviews to assess account and territory performance.
- Identify new business opportunities, customers, markets, and potential products.
- Manage administrative tasks such as inventory, database maintenance, and competitor analysis.
- Organize and coordinate events, talks, and seminars for customers, patients, and clients.
- Maintain highly respected relationships both within and outside the organization.
- Develop and support education programs, providing clinical and product training to patients and customers in hospitals or at home.
- Conduct home visits to follow up on patient condition and therapy application.
- Report patient conditions to nephrologists and nursing teams after each visit.
- Advise and guide patients on dialysis reimbursement to ensure uninterrupted treatment.
- Ensure effective coordination between nursing teams, customer service, and logistics for timely home-care support.
- Provide on-call support during and after office hours based on a clinical roster.
- Support patient care during high workload periods or team member absences.
- Perform any other tasks and support as deemed required.
What We're Looking For
- Qualification as a Registered Nurse with current state registration.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to initiate, prepare, and conduct service and team meetings.
- Self-driven, self-motivated, confident, and possess a pleasant personality.
- Agility in role, responsibilities, and planning.
- Willingness to travel extensively and provide out-of-hours service, including weekends.
- Must have own car and a valid driving license.
- Ability to apply administrative IT skills using Windows applications like Word, Excel, and PowerPoint daily.

You will report directly to the Business Manager of the Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) Business Unit.
