Core-VA Solutions is looking for a Clinical Coordinator to support our U.S.-based healthcare client by coordinating critical clinical and administrative workflows. This remote role focuses on managing documentation, supporting providers, and ensuring accurate tracking of patient-related records within structured compliance and care coordination processes.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and support day-to-day clinical and administrative workflows in collaboration with providers and internal teams.
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for providers.
- Review and organize clinical documentation such as doctor’s notes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and proper filing.
- Assist with medication refill coordination by tracking refill requests, routing them appropriately, and documenting actions taken.
- Maintain and organize patient-related and internal records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with U.S. healthcare standards.
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate information in secure healthcare systems and state-managed platforms.
- Track clinical and support documentation, ensuring version control and timely updates.
- Support compliance-related reporting, audits, and documentation reviews as required.
- Coordinate with staff to ensure clinical support documents and care-related records are reviewed and updated.
- Ensure workflows align with state program guidelines, internal policies, and quality standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve clinical coordination, documentation flow, and administrative efficiency.
- Provide general administrative support as needed to support day-to-day operations.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a healthcare administrative, clinical coordination, or care support role.
- At least 2 years of experience working with U.S.-based healthcare clients.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Allied Health, or a related field.
- Familiarity with clinical documentation, care coordination workflows, and healthcare compliance standards.
- Experience reviewing medical records, managing provider schedules, or coordinating patient services.
- Experience with EHR/EMR systems and secure healthcare platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
