LucidHealth is hiring a Clinical Applications Analyst to analyze, implement, and optimize enterprise clinical software applications across our network. This role is responsible for ensuring reliable system performance and efficient workflows that enable radiologists and clinical staff to deliver high-quality patient care.
What You'll Do
- Support implementation, configuration, and optimization of enterprise clinical software applications, including Enterprise Imaging platforms, Voice Recognition systems, advanced visualization applications, and workflow orchestration platforms.
- Collaborate with radiologists, clinical staff, and operational stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements for system enhancements and new implementations.
- Analyze existing clinical workflows and system capabilities to identify opportunities for optimization and improved efficiency.
- Conduct regression and user acceptance testing of clinical applications to ensure upgrades meet performance and usability standards.
- Provide ongoing operational support and troubleshooting, resolving system issues to ensure reliable functionality.
- Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to develop and deliver training materials and programs for clinical staff.
- Serve as a liaison between LucidHealth and clinical software vendors, advocating for system enhancements and issue resolution.
- Proactively monitor clinical systems to identify functionality gaps, performance issues, or system degradation.
- Communicate system changes, operational issues, and improvement opportunities to leadership and stakeholders.
- Travel to LucidHealth facilities and partner hospitals as needed to support implementations, troubleshooting, and training (less than 10%).
- Be available for after-hours upgrades and support escalation on a limited basis.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum three (3) years of experience supporting clinical applications in a multi-facility healthcare environment (acute care, ambulatory care, or radiology services).
- Technical and operational experience with Synapse PACS, Visage PACS, and advanced visualization products such as TeraRecon, Mirada, or MIM.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
- Experience working with enterprise imaging platforms, PACS, voice recognition systems, or radiology workflow tools.
- Experience participating in system implementations, upgrades, testing cycles, and user training initiatives.
