McKesson is hiring a Clinical Advisory Pharmacist (IV/Admixture) to provide unbiased clinical and strategic guidance. In this role, you will demonstrate the value of clinical tools, support physician practices with operational and pharmacoeconomic insights, and develop content to drive customer profitability.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize drug use initiatives with leadership, GPO teams, and customers.
- Serve as a clinical advisor to practices, providing drug information, operational best practices, and regulatory guidance.
- Lead and collaborate on customer-specific projects to improve practice profitability.
- Present pharmacoeconomic data and therapeutic interchange opportunities using analytics tools.
- Conduct quarterly clinical business reviews and analyze drug economics and trends to support strategy.
- Support sales teams by training on clinical tools, identifying target practices, and assisting with business development.
- Act as an internal subject matter expert for oncology and multispecialty provider topics; deliver training across the enterprise.
- Provide feedback on clinical programs, tools, and services; recommend improvements and new development opportunities.
- Develop and maintain clinical content and tools such as drug info sheets, comparison charts, SOP templates, and benchmarking tools.
- Represent McKesson at conferences and author expert articles.
What We're Looking For
- PharmD or equivalent degree.
- Active pharmacist license.
- 7+ years of oncology or specialty pharmacy experience.
Nice to Have
- Board Certification.
- MBA or other advanced degree.
- Management experience.
- Oral dispensing knowledge.
