The Team:
The Client Value Partner (CVP) role is a pivotal addition to our Value Engineering team, driving our strategic growth trajectory. As a CVP, you'll spearhead data-driven business transformation with our most critical customers, leading expert teams to ensure success and satisfaction on their value realization journey.
The Role:
The CVP serves as the primary customer success architect, functioning as a trusted strategic advisor. This encompasses engaging with C-Level Executives to collaboratively define long-term visions for technological transformation while mobilizing essential organizational resources. In partnership with cross-functional teams, you'll drive measurable business impact across diverse processes and industries, accelerating platform adoption.

The work you'll do:
Accountable Program Lead & Engagement Manager
- Develop robust relationships with key internal/external stakeholders
- Ensure comprehensive engagement staffing across global teams
- Mentor customers on organizational design and platform adoption
- Coach team members, providing developmental guidance
Driving Customer Value
- Manage comprehensive customer value journey
- Influence stakeholders through executive communication
- Establish strategic program roadmaps
- Resolve escalations efficiently
- Drive value realization and adoption
Community Builder and Customer Advocacy
- Lead customer advisory boards
- Represent customer perspectives internally
- Drive event and thought leadership presence
- Collaborate on innovation asset development
Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years relevant experience; MBA strongly preferred
- Large-scale transformation program expertise
- AI-based transformation experience
- Change management proficiency
- Organizational navigation skills

- Strong team leadership capabilities
- Proactive project management
