Fidelity is seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team, focusing on the Greater Sacramento, CA area. In this role, you will be dedicated to enhancing relationships with high net-worth clients ($250k-$1M in assets), increasing customer loyalty, and driving business development within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You'll Do
- Engage with customers via inbound calls, responding to inquiries, providing product and service guidance, and processing transactions for options, equities, mutual funds, and fixed income.
- Deliver efficient and responsive resolution for various client situations; own case management, research issues, and communicate solutions.
- Uncover opportunities and identify products and services to enhance client financial success; partner with a Financial Consultant to discuss findings with the client.
- Collaborate with internal business partners to research and resolve complex client requests.
- Conduct pro-active outbound calls to communicate resolutions or secure additional information to close requests.
What We're Looking For
- A valid Series 7 license is required.
- A Series 63 license or the ability to obtain it within 90 days.
- 2-3 years of previous financial services experience.

Work Mode
This is a hybrid remote role for the Greater Sacramento, CA Area. Candidates must have their primary residence within 90 miles of Sacramento, Folsom, or Roseville.
