Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize complex executive calendars
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Prepare presentations and executive-level documents
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Organize and schedule high-stakes meetings and board sessions
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve issues
- Track action items and follow up on deliverables
- Liaise with department heads and external partners
- Maintain organized filing and record-keeping systems
- Draft correspondence and communications on behalf of executives
- Support fundraising and investor relations activities
- Assist with onboarding and executive onboarding logistics
- Manage expense reporting and budget tracking
- Oversee office logistics and administrative operations
- Coordinate company-wide events and executive retreats
- Streamline communication flows between teams
- Handle last-minute changes with composure
- Ensure timely preparation of materials for meetings
- Act as a trusted advisor in day-to-day operations
