iRhythm Technologies is hiring a Senior Implementation Project Manager to lead the most complex implementations of our EHR Integration and digital solutions services with health systems nationwide. In this role, you will own the end-to-end integration strategy, guiding customers and internal teams from planning through execution and long-term success.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end project management of complex EHR Integrations, overseeing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Drive strategic ownership of the EHR integration between the customer and iRhythm, ensuring stakeholder alignment, proactive risk mitigation, and measurable outcomes.
- Apply advanced technical interface expertise to architect, test, and validate EHR integrations that seamlessly embed into customer workflows.
- Cultivate and sustain high-impact relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and customers.
- Collaborate with senior leaders internally and externally to define program objectives, success metrics, and delivery timelines.
- Provide enterprise-level leadership for integration initiatives across complex business units and high-impact customers.
- Champion Digital Solutions strategy across internal initiatives beyond customer-facing projects.
- Develop, implement, and track KPIs, goals, and success metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and utilization of the iRhythm Zio Service.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives, developing new processes, playbooks, and metrics to improve scalability and quality.
- Mentor and guide junior project managers and cross-functional contributors.
What We're Looking For
- At least 8 years of experience managing projects and leading EHR integrations in healthcare technology or health system environments.
- At least 8 years of direct experience with EHRs like Epic (Aura is a plus), Meditech, etc.
- Proven success managing large-scale, cross-functional projects with multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and technical dependencies.
- Deep knowledge and experience configuring HL7 integration solutions (IRIS for Health/InterSystems preferred, others are ok).
- Demonstrated proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, ObjectScript) and HL7 message structures (ORM, ORU).
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and executive audiences.
- Experience driving strategic initiatives that enhance scalability, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Strategic Agility in navigating dynamic environments, prioritizing competing needs, and driving outcomes.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and its evolving digital infrastructure.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in health information technology, computer science, or a related field.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, as needed.
