Ensono is seeking a Client Support Engineer Intern for our 2026 Summer Internship Program. This 12-week internship is an entry point into a 12-month rotational program designed to create a pathway to full-time employment.
What You'll Do
- Review current engineer workflows to identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement.
- Analyze ticket data to pinpoint areas for automation that can reduce hands-on work.
- Work with a global team to identify AI opportunities that drive operational improvements.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience reviewing workloads.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively across multiple areas.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems.
- Experience with ITIL processes.
- Familiarity with automation and AI concepts.
Team & Environment
You will work closely with a global team to identify and implement improvements.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: $20.00 per hour.
Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates located within the United States.
