Namify LLC is looking for a Client Success Specialist to ensure our AXOMO clients have a stellar onboarding experience and become platform advocates. You will be the primary point of contact for training and supporting new clients, working closely with internal teams in our Springville, UT office. Namify is in the business of belonging, and we’re growing fast because the world recognizes how desperately services like ours are needed.
What You'll Do
- Train and educate key client stakeholders (admins) on maximizing AXOMO's value.
- Build and maintain a repository of educational materials and create/improve training content.
- Ensure clients progress through each stage of the onboarding document and have an amazing launch experience.
- Facilitate weekly educational webinars on general AXOMO functionality.
- Conduct onsite training as requested by clients.
- Initiate contact with new clients after contract signing to introduce yourself, outline next steps, and schedule a kickoff meeting.
- Perform initial store setup and work with Catalog Specialists to fulfill special client requests.
- Connect with the sales team to order products and manage initial startup inventory.
- Support the sales team by answering technical questions and helping to close deals near agreement.
- Support client retention activities and, once onboarding is complete, return the client to sales for long-term support.
- Review client feedback on the onboarding process to drive improvements.
- Suggest topics for the User Conference.
What We're Looking For
- Must have proper documentation for employment in the United States.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
- Client Success, Onboarding, or Account Management experience is required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members at all levels.
- Great attention to detail, even with repetitive processes.
- Ability to work under deadlines and quotas.
- Ability to follow instructions, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a sitting position for 6-8 hours a day.
