Ziff Davis Shopping is looking for a Client Success & Operations Coordinator to build trusted relationships with franchise owners and coordinate support across internal teams. You’ll play a central role in ensuring our franchise partners receive responsive, empathetic support while contributing to projects that improve our programs and processes.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for franchise owners, building strong relationships.
- Champion and coordinate requests with internal marketing, training, and operations teams.
- Provide responsive, empathetic support and follow-through on client needs.
- Contribute to projects such as training programs, marketing reviews, and process improvements.
- Deepen knowledge of systems and processes to provide more direct guidance over time.
