About the Role

Purple Dot Digital Limited seeks a B2B Account Manager for the US market to develop and maintain long-term business client relationships, drive sales growth, and ensure customer satisfaction in the dietary supplements industry. This remote role requires a strategic mindset and deep market understanding.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients and distributors.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
  • Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
  • Provide product training and support to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth product delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor client needs and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned to support company objectives.

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong communication and people skills—comfortable making calls and presenting ideas.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a self-motivated mindset.
  • Ability to stay organized, manage time well, and follow up with leads effectively.
  • Collaborative spirit with an eagerness to grow and contribute to team success.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in dietary supplements or related industries.
  • Experience working in the US market.
  • Additional languages a plus.
