Purple Dot Digital Limited seeks a B2B Account Manager for the US market to develop and maintain long-term business client relationships, drive sales growth, and ensure customer satisfaction in the dietary supplements industry. This remote role requires a strategic mindset and deep market understanding.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients and distributors.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
- Provide product training and support to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth product delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor client needs and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned to support company objectives.
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong communication and people skills—comfortable making calls and presenting ideas.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a self-motivated mindset.
- Ability to stay organized, manage time well, and follow up with leads effectively.
- Collaborative spirit with an eagerness to grow and contribute to team success.
