About the Role

The Home Depot is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive growth and expand our customer base in key markets. In this role, you will be instrumental in generating and qualifying leads, nurturing relationships with prospective clients, and supporting our sales team in closing opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Research and identify potential clients using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and other data sources.
  • Initiate outbound outreach via email, calls, and social media to build interest in our products and solutions.
  • Conduct initial qualification calls to understand the prospect’s business needs, challenges, and goals.
  • Effectively communicate our value proposition and identify how our solutions address client pain points.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in the company’s CRM.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads.
  • Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitive offerings.
  • Provide feedback to marketing and product teams to refine strategies and offerings.
  • Partner with marketing teams to execute targeted campaigns and events.
  • Assist in coordinating webinars, product demos, and discovery meetings for potential clients.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1 year of experience as a BDR or in Sales within the IT domain (SaaS, VPN, ZTNA, networking, security).
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
  • The ability to work according to the PST/MST time zone as you will be covering the USA market.
  • Advanced English level (C1).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools (Appolo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).
  • This position is offered for candidates based in: Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Guatemala, and Costa Rica.
  • Reliable Internet connection.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of networking, VPNs, or cybersecurity.

Work Mode

This is a global remote position open to candidates based in Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Peru, Guatemala, or Costa Rica.
