At OnHires, we're looking for a Client Success Manager to join our digital creator agency. This role is the primary point of contact for creators, responsible for building trust from initial conversation through to long-term cooperation. You'll focus on relationship-building, onboarding, and retention in our fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
What You'll Do
- Act as the first point of contact for incoming creator leads from the website, social media, messaging apps, and ads.
- Communicate with creators via text, voice messages, and video calls.
- Qualify, onboard, and close creators into cooperation.
- Build trust-based, long-term relationships with creators.
- Guide creators through onboarding and their first operational steps.
- Coordinate with internal content and management teams.
- Monitor cooperation quality during the first 30+ days.
- Maintain a clean pipeline and basic performance reporting.
- Escalate issues and communicate directly with the founder when needed.
What We're Looking For
- Native or near-native Spanish fluency.
- Fluent English (C1+ level).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with calls, follow-ups, and client onboarding.
- Highly organized and reliable work style.
- Comfort working in a performance-driven environment.
- Comfort working with adult content creators, including trans creators.
- Experience with remote tools like Notion, Airtable, Telegram, and WhatsApp.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the creator economy or subscription-based platforms.
- Background in sales, closing, or account management.
- Understanding of paid ads or lead funnels.
- CRM or Airtable experience.
