Hinge Health seeks a Client Success Manager, Emerging Accounts to own the day-to-day relationships with a book of business, ensuring clients maximize the benefits of our programs. You'll be responsible for driving adoption, reporting on value, managing escalations, expanding product offerings, and securing renewals in this cross-functional role.
What You'll Do
- Drive revenue by securing best-practice enrollment communications campaigns aimed at achieving annual enrollment goals.
- Ensure 100% client retention with high client satisfaction (9/10+ NPS scores).
- Turn clients into advocates to fulfill sales references and Marketing/PR requests.
- Ensure clients are offering Hinge Health’s full suite of products to maximize member impact.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in small business (SMB) account management, managing a growing book of business of 150+ accounts.
- Able to build relationships at all levels as a trusted and respected thought-partner.
- Able to craft a compelling story using data-driven insights to make recommendations that influence customer decisions.
- Subject matter expert on our product, knowing specifics and functionalities, understanding common use cases and best practices.
- Able to effectively navigate complexities of a book of business with clients in multiple stages of their lifecycle and influence them to follow best practices.

- Compensation: Tier 2: $92,736.00 - $139,104.00. Tier 3: $84,672.00 - $127,008.00. Tier 4: $76,608.00 - $114,912.00.
