INFUSE Academy is hiring a Client Success Expert responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and contributing to client satisfaction and company success. You will build relationships, manage solution delivery, and grow opportunities within our dynamic, remote environment.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives
- Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations
- Provide assistance across administrative and operational tasks like data entry, updating internal systems, or managing schedules
What We're Looking For
- Proven track record of managing client relationships, preferably in a related field such as hospitality, client success, or sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Can handle various tasks with attention to detail, managing priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Empathetic understanding of client needs and ability to address them effectively
- Ability to address challenges and proactively offer solutions
