What You'll Do
As a Client Success Executive, you’ll manage a portfolio of self-funded employer clients using Reference Based Pricing (RBP) health plans, guiding them from post-implementation through renewal and long-term partnership. You’ll act as their primary advocate, ensuring their experience is seamless, their goals are met, and their confidence in the solution remains strong.
You’ll build trusted relationships with HR, benefits, and finance stakeholders, engaging proactively to understand their evolving needs. Working closely with brokers and consultants, you’ll align on objectives, resolve concerns, and reinforce the financial and operational value of the RBP model.
You’ll lead renewal strategy by crafting data-driven presentations that highlight plan performance, cost savings, and opportunities for expansion. By identifying risks early and addressing them with insight and precision, you’ll help secure long-term retention. You’ll also support sales efforts by showcasing the client experience to prospective buyers.
Internally, you’ll represent client priorities to product, operations, and leadership teams, ensuring their voice shapes service improvements. You’ll coordinate with Centivo’s functional groups and third-party administrators to oversee claims, member support, reporting, and plan operations, ensuring consistency and accountability.
