Beam Impact is looking for a Client Strategy Lead to own post-close processes, client relationships, and product adoption. At Beam, our mission is to shift $10B from brands to high-impact nonprofits by reimagining customer loyalty.
What You'll Do
- Build foundational post-close processes and develop a scalable client playbook.
- Own post-close relationships with a portfolio of Beam’s clients.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to onboard new partners, including project management and QA.
- Analyze ROI and identify opportunities to deepen partnerships and maximize value.
- Identify and lead execution of product marketing strategies to increase usage of the Beam integration.
- Work with the Product team to develop strategy for Beam's client-facing portal based on ROI patterns and feedback.
- Synthesize partner requests into potential new features and work with Product to add them to the roadmap.
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of Client Strategy experience.
Nice to Have
- Client Strategy experience with ecommerce brand exposure.
Team & Environment
You'll join a Client Strategy team of 4-5 people, working closely with them, the Social Impact Partnerships Lead, and the CEO. You'll report directly to Tim Cunningham, Beam’s Head of Client Strategy.

- Compensation: $130,000 - $142,000 per year + equity via stock options.
