About the Role

The Periscope Group is seeking a Client Services Specialist to serve as the primary administrative support professional, facilitating efficient department operations. This remote, work-from-home role manages clerical and administrative tasks to maintain a smooth workflow across the Periscope request and assessment process, supporting service excellence for health plan partners, clinical consultants, senior reviewers, and internal team members.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee daily workflow functions for Periscope requests and assessments
  • Manage and update administrative databases to distribute information to internal and external parties
  • Assist health plan partners and clients with service requests
  • Provide scheduling support for evaluating therapists
  • Maintain accurate record keeping of client communications
  • Respond to and resolve administrative inquiries promptly
  • Review and interpret medical documents, verifying information as needed
  • Assist with data entry and maintain data integrity
  • Identify and communicate data quality issues to staff and supervisors
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for health plans and therapists
  • Upload and maintain accurate records in databases
  • Maintain strict patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Superb organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and schedules as needed
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers at all organizational levels
  • Capability to follow instructions delivered via phone, email, or portal system
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
  • Reliable internet access and ability to work from home
  • Must reside in Florida, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, or Virginia

Nice to Have

  • At least one year of experience with computer data entry and database management
  • Bilingual English/Spanish

  • Compensation: $23 per hour

Work Mode

This is a fully remote, work-from-home position. Candidates must reside in Florida, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, or Virginia.
