TaskUs is hiring a Client Services Manager to manage a portfolio of smaller campaigns throughout the client lifecycle. You will ensure all campaign metrics and SLAs are met while maintaining high client satisfaction. You will also work directly with leadership to hire, train, and support the scaling of client services operations.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with TaskUs operations and recruitment teams, as well as your client’s teams, to ensure success.
- Monitor your team’s growth and play a direct role in the operational growth of the business with strategic initiatives.
- Impact and witness first hand the company’s annual revenue goals of 100% revenue growth year after year.
What We're Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in operations, client management, management consulting, or account management.
- Knowledgeable on how to use Google Apps, including Google Sheets, Slides, and Documents.
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time.
Nice to Have
- Advanced knowledge of email ticketing and cloud-based phone systems (i.e., Zendesk, Desk.com, RightNow, inContact, Five9, or 8x8).
- International vendor management experience.
- Experience in managing customer care and/or back office operations.
