Williams Lea by RRD is hiring a Client Service Professional to provide post-sales support for inbound order fulfillment of print, print-related, and kitting services. You will act as a key liaison between customers and internal manufacturing, kitting, and distribution teams, ensuring accurate and timely execution of all orders.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the lead service professional for customers and internal stakeholders, potentially leading client meetings and business reviews.
- Provide comprehensive support to sales and customers, responding to inquiries, handling concerns, and providing order status and proof of delivery.
- Engage with customers to gather job requirements and translate them into detailed manufacturing, kitting, shipping, and postal instructions.
- Lead the creation of process documentation, workflows, and job aids for both internal and external use.
- Suggest workflow and process improvements for proposed jobs.
- Perform quality review of your own work and the work of other client care staff.
- Process orders and change notices in related systems, verifying all job instructions.
- Perform pricing and generate quotes for customer orders.
- Verify composition or perform copy prep as needed for order processing.
- Manage client inventory item maintenance in applicable systems and produce and analyze related reports.
- Coordinate all corrections and changes that occur during work-in-process.
- Train and mentor other client care staff members.
- Lead the Corrective Action process, investigating root causes and driving actionable improvements.
- Make recommendations to management regarding appropriate responses to customer issues.
- Perform data entry, setting up new items and managing current inventories.
- Act as the primary communication link between external customers and all internal departments.
- Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned.
