Standard Chartered is hiring a Client Service Executive to be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, executing trades, generating revenue, and ensuring compliance. You will play a key role in delivering service excellence within our banking operations.
What You'll Do
- Maintain a good rapport with customers and handle their queries and complaints professionally.
- Receive and place orders in the trading system, adhering strictly to customer authentication norms.
- Strive for a 100% error-free dealing record.
- Adhere to all compliance guidelines for dealers in both letter and spirit.
- Generate revenue through constant customer interaction and dissemination of market and house views.
- Work closely with the Relationship Manager and Business Manager on sales strategy and service standards.
- Cross-sell or pass leads for customer ancillary requirements.
- Activate dormant and new clients.
- Maintain customer data confidentiality and a professional atmosphere in the dealing room.
- Build rapport with Standard Chartered Bank stakeholders.
- Display exemplary conduct aligned with the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
- Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics and business conduct.
- Effectively identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct, and compliance matters.
What We're Looking For
- Graduation degree.
- NSE Derivative Certificate.
Nice to Have
- MBA with a finance specialization.
