Standard Chartered was looking for a Client Service Executive

Standard Chartered is hiring a Client Service Executive to be responsible for maintaining customer relationships, executing trades, generating revenue, and ensuring compliance. You will play a key role in delivering service excellence within our banking operations.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain a good rapport with customers and handle their queries and complaints professionally.
  • Receive and place orders in the trading system, adhering strictly to customer authentication norms.
  • Strive for a 100% error-free dealing record.
  • Adhere to all compliance guidelines for dealers in both letter and spirit.
  • Generate revenue through constant customer interaction and dissemination of market and house views.
  • Work closely with the Relationship Manager and Business Manager on sales strategy and service standards.
  • Cross-sell or pass leads for customer ancillary requirements.
  • Activate dormant and new clients.
  • Maintain customer data confidentiality and a professional atmosphere in the dealing room.
  • Build rapport with Standard Chartered Bank stakeholders.
  • Display exemplary conduct aligned with the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics and business conduct.
  • Effectively identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct, and compliance matters.

What We're Looking For

  • Graduation degree.
  • NSE Derivative Certificate.

Nice to Have

  • MBA with a finance specialization.
