RemoteVA PH is hiring a Client Relations Supervisor to be the vital bridge between our clients and their virtual assistants. In this role, you will focus on maintaining strong relationships, resolving issues, reconciling conflicts, and ensuring the smooth operation of client accounts.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and maintaining positive relationships.
- Act as a bridge between clients and virtual assistants, resolving conflicts and ensuring expectations are aligned.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively suggest improvements to service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests are met efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications, feedback, and resolutions.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in client communication or account management.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Leadership or supervisory experience.
- Comfortable with administrative tasks.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Nice to Have
- Some exposure to payroll management.
