RemoteVA PH is looking for a Client Relations Supervisor to act as the critical bridge between our clients and virtual assistants. In this role, you will focus on maintaining strong client relationships, resolving issues, reconciling conflicts, and ensuring smooth operational delivery.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and maintaining positive relationships.
- Act as a bridge between clients and virtual assistants, resolving conflicts and ensuring expectations are aligned.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively suggest improvements to service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests are met efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications, feedback, and resolutions.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in client communication or account management.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a must.
- Comfortable with administrative tasks.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Nice to Have
- Some exposure to payroll management.
