Voices is hiring a Client Project Manager

About the Role

The Client Project Manager is a dedicated advocate and seamless extension of the client, responsible for bridging the gap between a client’s vision and its final execution. At Voices, you’ll ensure exceptional project delivery by coordinating voice talent, agents, studios, and engineers while driving recurring business through outstanding stakeholder support.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee all administrative and tracking components of client projects, including organizational structure, delivery roadmaps, and rigorous quality control for all final project deliverables.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of job postings on the Voices platform, including shortlisting top-tier talent for client review and negotiating quotes or revisions for active projects.
  • Proactively identify project risks, timeline shifts, or blockers and ensure all stakeholders are notified promptly to maintain transparency and project momentum.
  • Maintain real-time project accuracy by managing records across Salesforce, Asana, and Google Suite, ensuring data-driven tracking from project kickoff to final delivery.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Clients and Talent, proactively managing the end-to-end project lifecycle to ensure not only that expectations are met, but that every stakeholder experience is exceptional and results in long-term satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience within project management or a closely related role.
  • College diploma in Project Management, Business Administration, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to leverage Google Suite for seamless collaboration, Salesforce (CRM) to drive pipeline accuracy, and Asana to manage complex project lifecycles and deadlines.
  • Strong background in project planning, scheduling, and stakeholder engagement.

Nice to Have

  • CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) designation is highly preferred.
  • Expert at analyzing project roadblocks and making data-driven decisions under tight deadlines to ensure goals are met.
  • Proficient in Agile principles, with a proven ability to pivot priorities and thrive within iterative project cycles.
  • Dedicated to proactive support and high-impact communication to ensure client satisfaction and project alignment.
  • Strong verbal and written skills used to bridge the gap between internal teams and external stakeholders; ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration, transparent project tracking, and proactive expectation management.
  • Maintains a solution-oriented approach and high performance while managing multiple complex priorities.

Compensation range: $50,000–$60,000 with participation in the Performance Bonus Program.

Work Mode

Hybrid work environment with one in-office day per month on pre-set dates at 100 Dundas Street, London, Ontario; remote work allowed otherwise with occasional office visits as needed with reasonable notice.
