Pinterest is looking for a Client Partner to serve as a strategic visionary and drive substantial revenue growth. You will cultivate trusted relationships with top-tier advertisers through deep expertise in full-funnel sales, meeting performance targets, and resolving customer issues.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute full-funnel sales strategies (awareness, consideration, conversion, retention) for top-tier clients to drive measurable business results.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships across client and agency stakeholders, including C-suite, Investment, Strategy, and Activation teams.
- Build and execute a strategic business plan to drive revenue growth on Pinterest, securing buy-in from key stakeholders internally and externally.
- Demonstrate executive presence and influence by understanding client business goals, macro trends, and media KPIs to think critically and challenge the status quo.
- Serve as a product expert on Pinterest's ad offerings and the digital ecosystem, focusing on both upper and lower funnel formats.
- Develop tailored media strategies leveraging industry insights to achieve business goals and drive adoption of Pinterest’s performance media solutions.
- Spearhead negotiations and develop joint business plans to foster an understanding of partner goals and mobilize cross-functional teams.
- Drive business growth by analyzing partner goals, delivering data-driven insights, and crafting compelling narratives for media strategies.
- Champion Pinterest's value proposition by showcasing impactful ad metrics and positioning Pinterest as a key player in advertisers’ media mix.
- Proactively identify and communicate opportunities for incremental growth to expand client partnerships.
What We're Looking For
- Deep understanding of full funnel advertising solutions including media and measurement solutions for brand, consideration and conversion.
- Proven track record of developing long-term partnerships and effectively negotiating annual partnership agreements.
- Ability to think critically and analytically by leveraging insights and macro/micro performance trends to translate learnings into actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve revenue goals while balancing both short and long-term growth objectives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, thriving in fast-paced environments with high standards of operational excellence.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as digital media or SAAS sales, or equivalent experience.

- Compensation range: $119,489—$209,106 USD + equity.
