Treetop ABA is looking for a strategic, hands-on Client Operations Director to lead our multi-site and home-based service operations. You'll oversee a team of Operations Managers to ensure high-quality care, client satisfaction, and team performance across several states.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and mentor Operations Managers across multiple states.
- Ensure operational excellence in client satisfaction, service fulfillment, and technician engagement.
- Oversee complex client escalations and service disruptions with a family-centered approach.
- Partner with leadership to scale operations, standardize workflows, and drive continuous improvement.
- Track performance metrics, identify risks, and implement solutions that make a real impact.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare, behavioral health, ABA, or multi-site operations.
- 3+ years leading managers or senior-level teams.
- Strong coaching and performance management skills.
- Experience with clinic-based and/or home-based care delivery models.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with EMRs, scheduling systems, and Salesforce.
- Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree is a plus).

You will manage a team of 5–8 Operations Managers, overseeing operations across multiple clinics and home-based service regions.

- Compensation range: $80,000–$90,000
