Responsibilities
- Schedule new and returning clients
- Secure recurring appointments
- Verify insurance and authorizations
- Collect payment information
- Follow up on missed appointments and incomplete documentation
- Maintain CRM and EHR accuracy
- Communicate professionally with clients and payers
- Escalate concerns appropriately
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years healthcare scheduling or patient coordination experience
- Comfortable in high phone-volume environments
- Strong objection-handling skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Private, distraction-free home workspace
- Reliable high-speed internet
- Full availability during scheduled 8-hour shifts
Nice to Have
- Behavioral health experience preferred
