About the Role

The role involves managing preventive maintenance programs by organizing schedules, tracking performance, maintaining records, and working with technical teams to ensure equipment uptime and adherence to safety and quality protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules across departments
  • Track completion and effectiveness of maintenance tasks
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment service history
  • Support compliance with safety and operational standards
  • Communicate with maintenance technicians and supervisors
  • Generate reports on program performance metrics
  • Assist in updating maintenance procedures and checklists
  • Monitor inventory of maintenance-related supplies
  • Input data into maintenance management software
  • Identify delays or gaps in scheduled maintenance
  • Facilitate training coordination for maintenance staff
  • Ensure documentation meets internal audit requirements
  • Work with procurement on service contracts
  • Follow up on corrective actions from inspection findings
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes
  • Organize equipment calibration timelines
  • Verify technician certifications and training status
  • Assist in root cause analysis for recurring equipment issues
  • Coordinate with engineering for equipment upgrades
  • Maintain confidentiality of operational data
  • Respond to internal inquiries about maintenance status
  • Prepare monthly performance summaries
  • Standardize reporting formats across teams
  • Ensure timely escalation of critical maintenance concerns
  • Participate in safety and quality review meetings
