Responsibilities
- Execute cold calling and multi-channel outreach campaigns to engage potential clients (entrepreneurs and e-commerce sellers) using provided lead lists, timely respond to the customers’ questions
- Conduct initial discovery calls to qualify leads, identify pain points, and assess fit for our solutions
- Do the research and 'mapping' to identify key decision-makers and contact details when information is not already available
- Confidently navigate objections and turn skeptical prospects into interested leads through active listening and smart positioning
Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven experience in outbound pre-sales or B2B outreach
- Fluent Portuguese, strong verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, proactivity in lead engagement, and a smart, people-oriented approach to business development
- Ability to maintain high performance in a high-volume outreach environment without getting discouraged by routine or rejection
- Proficiency with the CRM systems (preferably, Hubspot)
