Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one client consultations to evaluate insurance needs
- Explain life insurance policy options in clear, accessible language
- Assist clients in selecting plans that align with financial goals
- Guide clients through application and enrollment processes
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available insurance products
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone and email
- Ensure compliance with state-specific insurance regulations
- Document client interactions and decisions accurately
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues
- Follow up with clients to confirm policy activation
- Identify opportunities for additional client support
- Adhere to ethical standards in all client communications
- Manage time effectively to meet service targets
- Participate in ongoing product and process training
- Use CRM tools to track client progress and outcomes
- Maintain confidentiality of client information
- Support clients through changes in coverage needs
- Provide clear explanations of policy terms and exclusions
- Monitor client satisfaction and seek feedback
