About the Role
This position is responsible for driving new business by acquiring enterprise clients through strategic outreach, consultative selling, and demonstrating value in a cloud-based financial operations platform tailored to complex hospitality environments.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new enterprise clients in the restaurant and hospitality sectors
- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect financial and operational challenges
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations highlighting payroll and accounting integration
- Negotiate and close complex sales agreements with multi-unit businesses
- Collaborate with sales engineering to address technical requirements
- Maintain accurate CRM records of all client interactions and deal progress
- Develop territory plans to target high-potential markets and verticals
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas
- Build relationships with C-suite and financial decision-makers
- Articulate product value in reducing payroll processing time and accounting errors
- Respond to RFPs and procurement processes from large restaurant chains
- Coordinate handoff to customer success teams post-sale
- Stay current on payroll compliance regulations and industry trends
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
- Provide feedback to product teams based on customer input
Compensation
Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission and equity
