About the Role
This position leads sales efforts across Korea, focusing on acquiring new clients, strengthening existing accounts, and executing go-to-market strategies for enterprise database solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute sales strategies to meet regional revenue targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in key industry sectors
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Develop deep understanding of customer needs and technical environments
- Present product capabilities to technical and executive stakeholders
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting
- Coordinate with marketing on localized campaigns
- Represent the company at industry events and customer meetings
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Provide customer feedback to product development teams
- Ensure post-sale customer success handoff
- Drive adoption of subscription-based models
- Expand account penetration through upselling and cross-selling
- Build relationships with IT decision-makers and infrastructure teams
- Support strategic partnerships and channel development
- Deliver regular performance updates to leadership
- Adapt global messaging for local market relevance
- Maintain compliance with regional sales regulations

- Train and mentor junior sales resources
