What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality client service to support strong relationships and retention across a growing Personal Lines portfolio.
- Manage your own portfolio while contributing to shared team targets.
- Drive retention and growth against budgeted revenue targets.
- Support senior leaders and collaborate with colleagues on crossover business.

- Experience in insurance broking or underwriting.
- Strong client relationship and communication skills.

- Confidence working toward and exceeding performance goals.
- A proactive and professional approach.
