Join Visa and do work that matters. As a Client Consulting Analyst (VCA), you will support the delivery of strategic consulting projects for Visa's clients in Czechia. You will collaborate on challenging projects, provide analysis and initiatives, and proactively seek opportunities to ensure Visa Consulting & Analytics is the preferred advisory partner.
What You'll Do
- Support a team of experienced professionals in delivering strategic consulting services to key Visa clients.
- Complete detailed analysis on client data and identify preliminary trends and themes in the data with some guidance.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to identify insights in the payment industry.
- Support the development of client-specific presentations by adapting templates for unique client scenarios and needs.
- Support senior consultants in developing and delivering high-quality advisory solutions to clients, such as business strategy, product development & pricing, customer segmentation and customer experience improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in English and Czech/Slovak (written & verbal).
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience in consulting.
- Relevant industry experience in banking and/or financial services.
- Advanced storytelling including strong PowerPoint skills.
- Data analysis (including Excel) and leverage of frameworks to better convey complex information.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor.
- Excellent detail orientation, ensuring the highest level of quality in reports and data analysis.
- Effective communication, with strong interpersonal skills that enable you to present to audiences from different levels of seniority.
- Self-motivation, results oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently, and to prioritize tasks to deliver the projects efficiently and on-time.
- Proven ability to thrive in high pressure situations and a fast paced and matrixed environment.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically to ideate or refine existing processes and solutions.
- Be team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic and flexible.
- Always curious and up-to-date with digital and consumer trends.
Nice to Have
- Payment industry, digital payments or payment processing experience.
- International student exchange would be an asset.
- An interest in learning advanced analytics tools (SAS, R, Tableau, etc.).
- An interest in payments, financial institutions or consumer lending.
