TensorOps is looking for a Client Analyst II to build strong relationships with bswift clients and their employees. You will be responsible for maintaining client benefits websites, documenting processes, and providing support to ensure excellent service.
What You'll Do
- Deliver ongoing service to support client requirements and needs.
- Serve as first-level system support for each assigned client.
- Perform ongoing audits and file reviews to ensure data and results accuracy.
- Manage daily, weekly, and annual incoming and outgoing file processing.
- Execute research and analysis to resolve participant cases.
- Execute client-specific reporting.
- Support ACA processing.
- Perform testing to support bswift system releases and review release documentation.
- Execute processes as outlined in the Admin Guide.
- Perform system configuration and testing to meet client requirements for projects and annual enrollment.
- Provide timely responses to client inquiries through research and analysis.
- Perform billing tasks, including generating invoices, posting payments, and reconciling receivables.
What We're Looking For
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
- Working knowledge of MS Office products.
- Extensive experience with databases, as well as data interpretation and data manipulation.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Communication skills to convey updates and engage with client contacts and internal teammates.
- Experience in benefits administration system technology, payroll, HRIS, or related software.
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or equivalent relevant work experience.
