DNEG is hiring a Clinician for Clarvida Careers to provide individual, family, and group therapy. In this role, you will be responsible for the development of the outpatient clinical team and for delivering ongoing clinical support to meet the demand for services.
What You'll Do
- Provide therapy to consumers by adhering to recommendations outlined in individual treatment plans.
- Develop individualized treatment plans in compliance with applicable county, state, and federal regulations.
- Create transition and discharge plans by evaluating recovery progress, symptomology, and treatment goals.
- Participate in required meetings, evaluations, supervision, and trainings by collaborating with all treatment team members.
- Complete psychosocial assessments at intake and at ongoing intervals, as well as standardized and outcome-based measures.
- Evaluate and update consumer-driven treatment plans through ongoing reviews.
- Provide holistic treatment by collaborating with all team members involved in a consumer’s care.
- Offer clinical support to the outpatient team by assisting in training, development, and mentoring of new staff and providing consultation.
- Respond to emergency and crisis situations by directing and assisting outpatient staff with mandated reporting, involuntary commit procedures, duty to warn, and other at-risk situations.
- Maintain an assigned schedule to ensure regular service provision and caseload management.
- Commit to professional development through ongoing supervision, training, and team meetings.
- Interact professionally, ethically, and respectfully with consumers, family members, and coworkers while maintaining appropriate boundaries.
- Support business needs by completing other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
- Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a similar clinical discipline.
- A verified clinical practicum.
- At least 1 year of experience with a CASSP service system, a licensed mental health services agency, or documented training in behavioral modification techniques.
- Active participation in supervision toward a clinical license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT).
- Proficiency in the use of an electronic health record system.
- Proficiency in completing psychosocial assessments.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents and respond effectively to sensitive inquiries.
- Basic math skills for units of measure and calculations.
- Ability to make sound decisions under pressure, utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, and react quickly to prevent injury.
Team & Environment
You will report to a Clinical Supervisor.
Work Mode
This position is onsite in Pennsylvania.
