- Assist in the implementation of new claims processing systems or procedures

- Handle inquiries from dental providers and patients regarding claims status
- Ensure timely and accurate payment of approved claims
- Conduct regular audits of claims processing activities to ensure compliance
- Work with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory changes
- Provide feedback on claims processing workflows and suggest improvements
- Assist in the resolution of appeals and disputes related to claims denials
