Nordex SE is hiring a Claim Manager to play a central role in the financially successful execution of our wind farm projects in the Central Region (Germany, Netherlands, Austria). In this position, you will work closely with commercial project teams to process, evaluate, and track claims vis-à-vis subcontractors and partners, serving as the key interface between project management, legal, insurance, and global claim management.
What You'll Do
- Enforce contractual claims against subcontractors and defend against unjustified third-party demands.
- Work closely with Contract Management, Legal, and the Insurance Department.
- Support the further development and optimization of claim management processes.
- Prepare insights from claims and share 'Lessons Learned' with relevant teams.
- Contribute to the adjustment of contract terms with subcontractors.
- Assess liability and risk issues within the scope of contract design and review.
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of professional experience as a Claim Manager or in a comparable function.
- Completed degree in business administration, industrial engineering, business law, or a comparable qualification.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex and incompletely prepared facts.
- High flexibility and willingness to adapt to dynamic framework conditions.
- Enjoyment of collaboration within international teams.
- Strong assertiveness and communication skills.
- Very good command of written and spoken English.

This is a hybrid role based in the Central Region, covering Germany, the Netherlands, and Austria.
