- Ensure full tech pack compliance by verifying that factories understand and can execute to exact specifications
- Establish and enforce quality control processes at pre-production, in-line, and final inspection stages
- Conduct regular on-site audits to verify adherence to protocols and drive corrective actions when needed
- Source raw materials and components for new product lines, balancing performance, cost, and scalability
- Communicate product intent clearly to factory teams so they understand the purpose behind the design, not just the specs
- Make independent, informed decisions on the ground without requiring constant oversight from headquarters
What You Bring

- An active, trusted network of factory contacts—you know who to call and how to get results
- Expertise in flat knit and circular knit construction, with the ability to assess machinery, troubleshoot production issues, and verify quality on the factory floor
- Strong command of written and spoken English for clear, proactive communication with remote teams
- Willingness to travel frequently across manufacturing hubs, particularly in the Guangzhou region and Shanghai
- The judgment to act autonomously while staying aligned with broader product goals
Compensation & Work Environment
You’ll receive a competitive salary and performance-based bonus. Health benefits are included, and the role supports remote work with a base in Shanghai or the Guangzhou region. You’ll work within a fast-moving, collaborative environment alongside supportive colleagues who value precision, initiative, and accountability.
