DONE!Berlin is hiring a Chief Technology and Product Officer (CTPO) to join the Executive Leadership Team of Anyfin. This role unifies Technology and Product leadership to transition the company into a nimble market challenger, scaling the platform and product portfolio to become a dominant, customer-centric European financial institution, with a focus on winning the German market.

What You'll Do

Define and own the holistic Technology and Product strategy, ensuring all development is tied to business outcomes like geographic expansion and customer financial health improvement.
Oversee the introduction of new financial products and product expansion to support the long-term vision of becoming a full-service 'Neo Bank' by 2040.
Act as the ultimate owner for technology-related compliance and audit requirements, meeting regulatory demands pragmatically.
Lead the effort to clean up, level up, and improve core systems to prepare for scale, increasing testing confidence and improving components for internationalization.
Ensure the core technology platform is architecturally sound and scalable to support growth and direct loan origination across the EU/EEA.
Elevate the engineering function's engagement to a highly creative, collaborative organization, integrating technical expertise early into product development.
Ensure strong leadership and actively mentor existing managers, ensuring high talent density across all teams.
Champion a culture where every interaction with Anyfin is positive, building trust and retention for future product adoption.
Lead a high-impact hiring initiative to evolve the engineering team's capabilities and size for pan-European expansion.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a tech leader with strong commercial acumen and an in-depth understanding of the bigger picture, ideally having navigated a company through a scale-up journey.
Extensive experience in the FinTech or financial industry is crucial, particularly within a regulated environment.
Strong business understanding without compromising on technical excellence.
Must demonstrate a senior leadership presence (10+ years of relevant experience) combined with humbleness and a focus on impact.
Must be willing and able to relocate to and work from the Stockholm office to drive the required cultural and organizational transformation.

Team & Environment

You will be the unified leader of the Engineering & Product functions within the C-Suite.
