About the Role

Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Chief Revenue Officer to lead revenue growth and align cross-functional teams in a fast-growing fleet management environment. You will develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue across sales, marketing, customer success, and business development channels, scaling operations and impacting profitability.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Identify new market opportunities, pricing models, and revenue streams to drive growth.
  • Own the company’s revenue forecast and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Lead and manage sales, marketing, business development, and customer success teams, fostering alignment across departments.
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies, optimizing the customer lifecycle and lifetime value.
  • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to monitor revenue performance.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
  • Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning, providing revenue-related insights for product, finance, and operations.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of executive-level experience in revenue, sales, marketing, or business development roles.
  • Knowledge of the truck maintenance and repair industry.
  • Proven success in scaling revenue for high-growth companies.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of customer behavior, funnel optimization, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.

  • MBA preferred.
