Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is hiring a Chief Revenue Officer to lead revenue growth and align cross-functional teams in a fast-growing fleet management environment. You will develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue across sales, marketing, customer success, and business development channels, scaling operations and impacting profitability.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify new market opportunities, pricing models, and revenue streams to drive growth.
- Own the company’s revenue forecast and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Lead and manage sales, marketing, business development, and customer success teams, fostering alignment across departments.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies, optimizing the customer lifecycle and lifetime value.
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to monitor revenue performance.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic planning, providing revenue-related insights for product, finance, and operations.
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of executive-level experience in revenue, sales, marketing, or business development roles.
- Knowledge of the truck maintenance and repair industry.
- Proven success in scaling revenue for high-growth companies.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Deep understanding of customer behavior, funnel optimization, and go-to-market strategies.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
