Impact Clients is looking for a Chief Operating Officer / Growth Operator—a high-caliber operator who excels at both specialist-level execution and strategic business leadership. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and growth of the company.

What You'll Do

Run day-to-day operations.
Drive company growth.
Build systems and SOPs.
Hold teams accountable to KPIs as the company scales.
Work closely with the founder and leadership team to ensure executional excellence across marketing, product, sales, and coaching.
Step into any department if needed (e.g., Head of Product, Sales Manager, Marketing Director) to optimise it.

What We're Looking For

A strong understanding of direct response marketing.
Proven ability to write high-quality copy, including simple, effective 10-minute VSLs following best-practice copy frameworks.
Deep understanding of the digital product space (online courses, coaching programs, offers, positioning, and delivery).
Ability to coach clients 1:1 and deliver a valuable, results-driven coaching experience.
Demonstrated belief in and experience with hands-on mastery (can do the work, not just manage people).
Strong systems thinker with experience building SOPs, scalable processes, and accountability frameworks.
Comfortable owning and tracking KPIs, performance metrics, and execution standards.
A highly adaptable operator who can zoom in to become a specialist and zoom out to lead strategically.
High ownership, bias toward action, and strong decision-making ability.
