What You'll Do

Lead the end-to-end delivery of operations across the foundation, ensuring strategic goals are executed with precision and accountability. Coordinate closely with core functions including finance, legal, human resources, and treasury to maintain operational integrity and alignment.

Manage high-impact initiatives spanning investment, risk management, data systems, and ecosystem development, driving them from concept to completion within defined timelines and budgets. Establish and refine operating frameworks, project governance, and internal rhythms to enhance organizational speed and scalability.

Ensure seamless communication and operational visibility across a globally distributed team. Partner with the Chief Investment Officer to guide financial planning, resource allocation, and forecasting efforts. Oversee vendor selection, contract negotiation, and ongoing performance management.

Deliver actionable insights through operational data to inform leadership decisions. Instill a culture of execution rigor, including goal setting, performance tracking, and consistent operating cadence. Act as a catalyst for leadership by removing obstacles, aligning priorities, and turning vision into measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years in senior operations or business leadership roles within fast-growing, complex organizations
• Proven experience in blockchain or cryptocurrency environments, with a strong grasp of ecosystem dynamics and technical challenges
• Track record of delivering large-scale, cross-functional projects on time and within scope
• Experience designing scalable processes that improve coordination, efficiency, and execution speed
• Strong financial literacy with hands-on involvement in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
• Ability to thrive in a remote-first, global environment with asynchronous workflows
• Skilled at solving complex problems with a blend of innovation and operational discipline
