About the Role
This position involves providing high-level strategic and operational support to the founder, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, managing critical projects, and acting as a trusted advisor to ensure long-term organizational success.
Responsibilities
- Act as a primary point of contact between the founder and internal teams
- Lead strategic planning and execution of high-impact initiatives
- Monitor progress on key company objectives and report findings
- Streamline internal processes to improve efficiency
- Coordinate communication across departments to ensure alignment
- Prepare materials for executive meetings and external presentations
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend solutions
- Support special projects from conception to delivery
- Serve as a thought partner to the founder on business priorities
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Track and analyze performance metrics to guide decision-making
- Facilitate onboarding and integration of new leadership hires
- Represent leadership in cross-team discussions
- Maintain documentation of strategic priorities and action items
- Ensure timely follow-up on critical deliverables
Nice to Have
- Prior role as chief of staff, executive assistant, or similar
- Experience in scaling early-stage companies
- Familiarity with European markets and multilingual teams
- Knowledge of EdTech industry trends and challenges
- Experience working directly with founders or C-suite executives
