Paired is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO for our U.S.-based haircare and beauty e-commerce company, specializing in hair extensions and wigs. This is an enterprise execution role where you will be the CEO’s execution partner, focused on driving company-wide execution, enforcing operational rigor, and ensuring strategic initiatives deliver tangible results.
What You'll Do
- Translate CEO priorities into structured execution plans and ensure strategic initiatives move seamlessly from idea to implementation.
- Maintain alignment across executive leadership and surface risks early to drive solutions quickly.
- Architect and enforce execution frameworks across departments, ensuring every initiative has clear ownership, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
- Hold teams accountable to deadlines and commitments, escalating issues that threaten execution velocity.
- Oversee execution of growth initiatives, product launches, campaigns, and new channel expansion while building repeatable launch frameworks.
- Tighten timelines and eliminate friction across cross-functional efforts to improve launch velocity without sacrificing quality.
- Audit workflows across departments, standardize documentation and operational processes, and increase transparency into project status, risk, and resource allocation.
- Continuously improve systems for speed and clarity, identify communication gaps and structural inefficiencies, and strengthen accountability structures across leadership.
